Rabbitry Sale Policy 2026
Thank you for considering and/or purchasing a rabbit from Breza. These sales policies are for the benefit of my rabbits. By purchasing any rabbits from me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
• All Sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
• No rabbits will leave my possession until they are paid in full.
• Once any rabbits leave my possession, I will not be held liable for any problems that arise from our transaction.
• My rabbitry is privately owned and is a closed rabbitry. I do not have set hours that I am available. Video and pictures will be made available when requested for available animals. I do not accept the general public at the rabbitry.
• If you come into a position where you can no longer take care of your rabbit I will take it back. ALWAYS. You are required to arrange and pay for transport if required, or meet at a nearby location to hand back the rabbit. No monies will be refunded.
• I reserve the right to cancel a sale in person or via the internet with no explanation.
• I require a 50% deposit to hold a rabbit. Rabbits will only be held for one week after deposit is made unless another arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If I cancel a sale without notice then your deposit will be returned.
• Rabbits are sold at a first come first serve basis. I will not hold a rabbit without a deposit.
• If your rabbit is not picked up within a week OR our arranged pickup time and date your deposit/payments may be forfeited OR a daily boarding fee of $5/day per rabbit will be added on after the arranged pick up date and must be paid out before the rabbit will be released at a future date.
• If you choose to forfeit the sale for any reason your deposit/payments will be forfeited as well.
• Rabbits will not leave my rabbitry any younger than TEN weeks. No exceptions.
• I accept cash & e-transfer only!
• I do not guarantee a rabbit’s show or breeding results. I also do not guarantee any rabbit’s future breeding ability, reproductive performance, quality of offspring, show winning, temperament, or size, etc.
• You are responsible to look over the rabbit you are interested in. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what you are looking for and to confirm it is free from disqualifications and is the quality you expect. I will send as many pictures and videos as requested to help with this process prior to meeting.
• I do not knowingly sell any sick animals and all rabbits are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge. I will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by rabbits that have been sold.
• I make every effort to correctly identify the sex of all rabbits however the buyer is responsible for verifying this at time of pick up.
• I do not offer a carrier for you to transport your rabbit home. Please come prepared with at minimum a cardboard box that can be closed with a soft towel or straw/hay/shavings inside.
• Rabbits sold as “pet quality” will not come with a pedigree. Period.
• Rabbits with pedigrees will not leave my rabbitry without a tattoo in their left ear. Tattoos may never be changed.
• Pedigrees in paper copy will be given the day the rabbit transfers hands.
• Rabbits sold for meat will not come with a pedigree. Period.
• Pedigrees contain truthful information, do not alter this information. If you are found altering the information you will be placed on a Do Not Sell list.
